John A. Sheaffer, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman
John Sheaffer serves as CEO and Chairman for Sysix Solutions, Inc., a full-service computer technology solutions provider, boasting revenues of over $55 million US in 2005. John has 22 years of experience in the technology industry, spanning from consulting services and project management to sales, marketing and operations. He joined Sysix in 1999 as President and in early 2001 executed a management buy-out of the company.
Prior to joining Sysix Solutions, Inc., John served as Vice President of Forsythe Solutions Group. In this role, he managed multiple business units, which included hardware reselling, consulting services and marketing, as well as lease portfolio management. Prior to joining Forsythe in 1991, John held various leadership positions in other technology firms, including PC Quote, Service Land and Micro America.

Roland Chavez, Chief Financial Officer
Roland Chavez serves as Chief Financial Officer for Sysix Solutions, Inc. As Chief Financial Officer, Roland has responsibility for all issues relating to finance, human resources, administration and the corporate infrastructure for all of Sysix. Prior to joining Sysix in March 2001, Roland worked for Faber Consulting, LLC, a sister-company to Sysix Technologies, LLC prior to the management buy-out completed in January 2001.
Roland brings 15 years of experience in financial management, operations and strategy development to his role as CFO. From 1995 to 2000, he was an accounting manager and domestic cash manager for Panduit Corporation. Chavez earned his BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois, at Champaign-Urbana and his MBA in Finance from Lewis University.

Ned Covic, President, Sysix Financial, LLC
Ned Covic is the President of Sysix Financial, LLC, the financial services and leasing subsidiary of Sysix Solutions, Inc. Ned joined Sysix in September 2001. He brings 20 years of financial expertise to the position and guides the financial solutions company as it capitalizes on the growing market need for technology financing options.
Ned served most recently as Vice President of Syndication for Fleet Capital Leasing. Previously, as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer for Forsythe Technology, Ned ran the leasing and financing subsidiary. Ned is a member of the Equipment Leasing Association and the MidAmerica Association of Equipment Lessors. Ned received his MBA in Finance from Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois and his BS in Mathematics from the University of Illinois.

Steve Otto, Vice President, Sysix Technologies, LLC
Steve Otto is the Vice President and Managing Director of Sysix Technologies, LLC. In his role, Steve has responsibility for solution design and technical architecture for clients. He has over 15 years of experience in the IT Industry with a focus on analysis, design, implementation and support of enterprise solutions.
Steve's experience includes the design, deployment and management of solutions for worldwide aviation/aerospace services provider AAR Corp. In addition, Steve led the professional services organization. He also delivered enterprise solutions to clients while with Ernst & Young's management consulting practice (1991-1996).

Mike Barnick, Vice President, Sysix Consulting, LLC
Mike Barnick is the Vice President and Managing Director of Sysix Consulting, LLC. He is responsible for all professional services that are delivered by Sysix. Mike has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry with a focus on solution selling and service delivery.
Mike's experience includes building and managing consulting services for a start-up (TAM), which ultimately became part of T-Systems (1998-2004). In addition, Mike managed the implementation group for a unit of IBM Global Services (1996-1998). While with Ernst & Young's management consulting practice (1988-1996), Mike started his career as a consultant and software developer with Benton, Schneider & Associates. Mike received his BS in Computer Science from North Central College and has received numerous professional awards.
