Sysix Announces Grand Opening of International Headquarters in Frankfurt
Chicago, IL – October 2, 2006
Sysix Solutions, Inc., a global technology solutions provider, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of a German-based start-up company and that it will formally begin its international operations as a German legal entity with the launch of its subsidiary Sysix Solutions International GmbH. The new Sysix subsidiary will provide a comprehensive suite of technology hardware, consulting and financing solutions to a growing base of customers in Germany, as well as customers across Europe and Asia.
Sysix President and CEO John Sheaffer is in Frankfurt, Germany for the grand opening of Sysix Solutions International GmbH, which is located in the City of Frankfurt/Main. In addition to the grand opening event, Mr. Sheaffer will meet with the German business community during early October to conduct strategic meetings with partners, vendors and clients.
According to Mr. Sheaffer, “Sysix international expansion plans also include working closely with our partners such as IBM to bring the latest innovations in technology to our customers in Frankfurt, as well as across Europe. Throughout early October, the executive leadership team of Sysix Solutions International will meet with IBM to plan and implement joint marketing and business development initiatives for our international customers.”

Acquisitions are Key Component of Sysix International Growth Strategy
Sysix Solutions International also announced that the company is in high-level discussions to complete the acquisition of two additional German technology companies. “Sysix international growth strategy will include the acquisition of companies with IT infrastructure technology and services that complement Sysix current offerings and enable us to deliver value-added services to our customers in Germany, as well as the European business marketplace,” added Mr. Sheaffer.
