Vendor Product Comparisons
At Sysix, we provide our clients with an independent, unbiased view of the various offerings of our manufacturing partners. We have individual, certified product teams defined by manufacturer. This allows us to represent each of our vendors with complete confidence. Through continuing education programs, we also remain completely current on all the updates and changes that our vendor partners make to their individual product lines, which allows us to provide new customers with the latest technology, and to be proactive with our existing customers so they are always aware of the options and offerings available in their computing environment.
Hardware and Software Selection
A crucial part of our services involves helping organizations identify the appropriate technologies based on vendor and, most importantly, based on solution area. We provide a team of architecture experts who specialize in areas such as servers, storage, and networking that helps to narrow the customer's requirements to the best individual products. Fulfillment and Implementation Services
At Sysix, once the deal has been completed, our job has just begun. Our goal is to deliver the solution that was mutually defined by our team of experts and our clients, and implement it according to the set timeline. This involves a seamless sequence of processes that take the solution from the agreement phase, through ordering from our vendors, scheduling of delivery, and the coordination of Sysix technicians and manufacturers' consultants to ensure the products are installed properly and are running according to specifications.
